we could find 100 reasons for being unhappy about something
but we could pursue at least 1 reason for being happy
once you feel anxious
and got any feeling let you being upset and angry
the only thing to do is to calm down
to persuade yourself
being cheerful in your mind
not with your acts
the acts won't give you eternal secure on your prob
they just lasts for a short period
all the probs could be cured by your emotion
